The Gourmet Atlas published annually since 1973 in late October and listed
in its 36th Circulation for the year 2010, approximately 4,000 restaurants
in Germany, Belgium, Alsace, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, South Tyrol

the highest rating of five wooden spoon. Criteria are restaurant with

with the best possible especially imaginative preparation of food, great
wines and excellent service selected in the appropriate atmosphere. The
trend (half point) is shown with a straight-arrow symbols behind the
