Enjoy the special atmosphere of the oldest house in Nördlingen dating from 1273. The cuisine is savory, hearty, honest - and completely homemade by Host and Chef Horst Stelzig. The menu includes many regional ans seasonal specialties with organically-grown vegetables, naturally raised meat and game from local forests.
According to the "gourmet" Erich Stelzig is host, mushroom picker and Räucherspezialist passion. This also proves his membership in the Geopark Ries culinary, the Codex`s commitment to natural food and local produce is used.
