Das Wirtshaus Meyers Keller ist eines der renommiertesten Häuser in Bayerisch-Schwaben und weit über die Grenzen Bayerns hinaus bekannt. Seit 25 Jahren stehen wir für gehobene Gastronomie und tragen seit fünf Jahren einen Michelin-Stern. Patron Joachim Kaiser (Juli 2011 „Koch des Monats“ im Magazin „Der Feinschmecker“) steht für zwei Küchenstilrichtungen: die Regionalküche, also Kochen mit herdnah gewachsenen Produkten, ganzheitliche Verarbeitung, die Wiederentdeckung alter Handwerkstraditionen kombiniert mit neuesten Gartechniken. Seine Kreativküche bedeutet Kochen ohne Einschränkung, beste Produkte aus der ganzen Welt, spannende Gerichte, aromendicht, kreativ in der Zusammenstellung, abgestimmt auf den Eigengeschmack der Gerichte. Serviert in Amuse-Gueule-Menüs als Geschmacks-Erlebnis-Küche pur.
